The space

A spacious, open-concept living and dining area with an electric fireplace and Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc). Including a modern-style kitchen with high-spec appliances including a Rangemaster cooker and American-style refrigerator with built-in icemaker. The large bathroom includes a heated mirror with a Bluetooth speaker, and the wash closet has an electronic bidet, heated seat, etc. The rustic outdoor hangout area is a highlight and perfect for groups or families who love listening to music, playing games, doing yoga or having an independent space for socialising.

Guest access

Access to whole house with private entrance, private courtyard (not shared), rustic outdoor hangout area with picnic table, sun chairs, dart board, games, sound system with Bluetooth, etc and on street parking.

Other things to note

This home is located in the centre of town within walking distance to amenities, restaurants, and pubs. The convenience of not having to worry about taxis is a bonus. We are next to 2 fantastic pubs which often have live music and entertainment. One of which was voted recently as *Pub of the Year* in Donegal by Highland Radio.

****Please note this property is strictly not a venue for private parties with outside guests. We do not cater to hens/stags or any house party with guests other than the maximum 6 reserved guests that we currently accommodate. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. If you are looking for a quiet rural setting away from the convenience and buzz of Falcarragh, this may not be suitable for you as we are centrally located in the village. Please take this into consideration before booking.
